1. Packing your bag the night before - I always do this and it makes you feel so much less stressed in the morning and one less thing that you have to worry about, especially if you’re in a rush the next morning to be somewhere!

2. Set your alarm clock to your favourite song - I think that this is such a good one and works for me so much better than the annoying default iPhone alarm! Waking up to your favourite song playing can put you in such a better mood for the rest of the day and it also lets you start your day on a positive!
3. Organise what you’re going to wear the night before - This is for similar reasons to packing your bag the night before, you will feel so much organised in the morning, when you wake up and also If you’re anything like me and get in such a grumpy mood when you can’t find something to wear, then this solves our problem! I have recently started doing this and I’m not just saying this but it makes such a difference and saves so much annoying time!
4. Have something you enjoy for breakfast and look forward to it! - Eating has always been a hobby of mine, so waking up to something that I really enjoy, puts me in such a good mood for the rest of the day!
5. Schedule your timings - Being organised is a big must for me! It makes such a difference to my ‘happy level’ - So I have found that if I write in my calendar on my iPhone, what time my bus comes and where I have to be and at what time, then it makes me feel so much more organised and I also leave time for myself, so I know that I’m not rushed :)
6. And finally the last step! - I feel like for you to be a happy ‘morning person’, organisation is a big thing! So I find waking up to a tidy room, makes me feel so much happier already! But I think this step depends on you, because some people are not as tidy as others (and that’s fine haha!)
