As Easter is fast approaching, I decided I'd try out a fun and fairly quick simple treats recipe for you today! Easter nests are so easy and it's perfect for the occasion, so anyone can give them a go, without having any level of baking skill - especially if you're the sort of person that messes up a cake from a packet? Easter baking for me, screams fun and family time.. And obviously a hell load of chocolate, mini eggs, and those cute little yellow chicks! I've listed all the ingredients below, followed by a step-by-step guide, if you need it.

Happy Easter everybody, hope you all have a chocolate-filled weekend!

Ingredients you will need:
- 200g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 85g Shredded wheat, crushed
- 2 x 100g bags of mini chocolate eggs

- Melt the chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of barely simmering water. Pour the chocolate over the shredded wheat and stir well to combine.
- Spoon the chocolate wheat into 12 cupcake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a nest shape. Place 3 mini chocolate eggs on top of each nest. Chill the nests in the fridge for 2 hrs until set.
