I'm not gonna lie to you all, I have been a bit absent lately haven't I? I think it's really important to take a step back sometimes and learn to love your content again.. If you're a blogger yourself then you'll know exactly what I mean but having a break sometimes just gets those creative juices flowing again and that's what I've needed, I mean not to mention the fact that studying has taken over my life lately and it's given me a slight brain overload. Anyways...

I haven't done a little skincare faves for a while (don't quote me, I could be very wrong) and I thought I'd take this time to tell you about a few new loves that have entered my life and my skincare routine. Through the last few weeks, the weathers been changing and my skin has been very confused by it all, and we all know what this means.. Yes, dry and irritated skin. For some reason, since I've become a lot older, my skin has just not been my friend and whatever I do, it doesn't like it. It's hard because I don't have 'dry' skin all the time and I don't have dewy skin all the time, it goes through phases of being REALLY dry and then REALLY dewy, so I can't win? So I've decided to try and become friends with my skin again and look after it to the best I can and here's the products I plan to use to help me along the way

1. Nivea Men Creme. Three words that I rave a lot about, as you will know but how could I write a skincare post without mentioning my number one babe (Nivea)? This product has honestly saved my skin in my eyes, it does everything I've always wanted in a product, I kinda don't wanna bore you with hyping this product up again but you can check out my many posts about their Creme  > here <

2. First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser. I remember featuring this in a post nearly a year ago, I stopped using this product for a while because I wanted to switch things up slightly but it's back and I can't see it going anywhere again, this smells a m a z i n g. I cannot describe how soft it makes my skin feel and it looks so hydrated straight away which is exactly what my troublesome skin needs sometimes. I think First Aid Beauty deserves so much more love, I don't see enough people bigging up their products and they deserve it!

3. When it's cold, my lips are as dry as the dessert and there is no way around it apart from a good lip balm! I mean don't get me wrong, I've never had a bad experience with lip balms although I don't really reach for them a lot because usually I'm out when my lips start becoming very dry and cracked and I don't have any with me, but the Nivea Long Lasting Lip Balm has changed that for me, I carry this everywhere I go and it's my go-to lip balm.

4. Evian Facial Spray has been another love very recently, I used this last year religiously when I went on holiday and as the weather has got increasingly hot (very unexpectedly also) I've reached for it again and made sure that it has a place in my bag. I'm not a massive fan of summer, especially when I'm not right next to a pool with a all-inclusive bar so this just takes the heat off for a few minutes, it's not a miracle worker and you have to keep applying it but it's amazing and it's so refreshing. I can't think of anyone that wouldn't love this product. I've also found that La Roche Posay do their own version of this for under £5!

5. And finally, a shower gel from Zeos For Men which is a brand I wasn't familiar with until they kindly contacted me to see if I wanted to try any of their products out and I jumped at the opportunity as I love hearing from new brands and discovering some new faves which is definitely what I've done with their Body Shower Gel which I've been applying for the last few weeks now and it's instantly become something I reach for all the time now. If you're looking for a new brand to try out then I would definitely recommend Zeos For Men as they have a huge range of products and I'm sure you will find the perfect one for you and your skin.
