1. The first thing you're going to want to do is start cooking your haddock (you could literally do this meal with absolutely anything you wanted) I cook mine for around 25-30 minutes and prepare pre-cook with sea salt. I buy the frozen batch from Morrisons (incredible if you live on your own or just cooking for one!).
2. Prepare a saucepan with enough water to boil your rice with (I use the Uncle Ben's portion for 1 bags and they're also incredible if you are living on your own and saves a lot of mes too. When the rice has around 20 minutes left, I start to bring the water to the boil as the Uncle Ben's rice bags only take 10 minutes to cook.
3. When everything has cooked and plated up, you're going to want to get your mayonnaise, sriracha and soy sauce and lay them on top of the dish and (optionally) fork it all together and there you have a perfect and easy meal for one.
