I have never looked after my skin more than I do now and I'm going to be very honest but I have never drank water consistently. I'd say pretty much for the last 4 years I've drank Pepsi Max throughout the day but then wondered why my skin is so bad? And I definitely don't want to be admitting how many I actually could drink in one day (eeek). So I suddenly one day really questioned it and I'm so glad I did. I tend to drink 3 litres of water now a day and my skin has never been better. I am kinda hoping that I'm not the only that has had done this but if you are doing this then please stop. We only have one body.  I have always suffered with my skin anyway because of my genetics but I have not looked after my skin properly at all and I'm so glad I have stopped doing this to my skin. What you put in definitely reflects on your skin and how you feel.

Keeping products quite minimal is something that I have found has really helped my skin. Products which contain alcohol definitely flare up my skin, especially spot breakouts. If you suffering with your skin, if it's acne or redness then you will know that even drinking alcohol can effect your skin and I definitely notice this. Since discovering the Hydrating Cleanser by Cerave, I have noticed such a huge difference in the hydration of my skin and this really works!!! If you're suffering with dry skin then please try this because it has been an absolute life saver for me.

Has anyone actually read up on what E45 is made to do? Because I definitely had never even thought to put E45 on my face but infact, E45 is designed as a treatment for dry/flaky skin, eczema, itchy skin, dry psoriasis and sunburn and I don't know about you but showers completly dry my skin out - I could drink a gallon of water a day but showers still dry my skin out so much, especially around my eyes but applying just a little dot around each eye has helped my dryness so much. 110% recommend.

Acnecide is a brand of products that contain the active ingredient called benzoyl peroxide which effectively kills up to 95% of bacteria that causes spots and helps to hydrate your skin by releasing glycerine. I picked up the Acnecide Gel in my local pharmacy and I don't tend to use this every single day but I use it a few times a week and I have seen so many benefits to this product, definitely something to consider if you're looking to target those acne-prone areas.

I have left a few useful links below if you wanted to read up more of anything I've spoken about in this post :)
